1. The service

InvoiceClvr is an invoice creation and tracking tool operated by WebClvr. It lets you create invoices and proformas, manage customers and items, produce PDFs, send invoices and record payments. It is not a full bookkeeping, accounting or tax-advice service.

The free plan includes up to 25 invoices per calendar month. The Starter plan is £5 per month for up to 100, Growth is £10 per month for up to 200, and Unlimited is £30 per month for more than 200. Both invoices and proformas count when created. Demo examples do not count. Monzo payments are checked manually; paid access starts after verification and lasts for the paid period. Renewals are not collected automatically by this app.

2. Your account and responsibilities

Keep your login details secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your business details, customer information, tax treatment, invoice content and payment records before sending documents. You must have a lawful basis to enter customer information.

3. Your information

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or enter. WebClvr uses it to provide the service, including displaying and sending invoices at your direction. Our privacy policy describes how personal information is handled.

4. Availability and changes

We aim to keep InvoiceClvr available but may need to maintain, change or suspend parts of the service. This draft does not promise uninterrupted availability. We will update these terms if the service or pricing changes materially.

5. Intellectual property

InvoiceClvr, its design and related branding belong to WebClvr or its licensors. You may use generated invoices for your own business purposes.

6. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form. The operator’s details are in the legal notice.

Before publication, WebClvr should confirm the contracting legal entity, governing law, account closure, data export and liability terms.
