1. Who we are
InvoiceClvr is operated by WebClvr. For account and contact information, WebClvr is responsible for deciding how that information is used. Businesses using InvoiceClvr decide what customer and invoice information they enter; WebClvr processes that information to provide the service.
Privacy contact: our contact form. The operator’s registered details are listed in the legal notice when completed.
2. What information we collect
We process account details, login and security information, business details and logos, catalogue items, customer contact details, invoices, payment entries and messages sent through the contact form. We may also process technical information needed to keep the service secure, such as session and request data.
Customer and invoice details are supplied by the business user. If you are a customer named on an invoice, contact the issuing business first about the information on that invoice.
3. Why we use information
- To provide accounts, create and deliver invoices, store customer records and show payment history. This is necessary to provide the requested service.
- To respond to contact enquiries and keep the service secure. We rely on our legitimate interests in support and security, balanced against your rights.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us, where relevant.
We do not use the contact form to add you to a marketing list.
5. How long information is kept
Account, customer and invoice data is kept while the account is active and for any further period needed for legal obligations or disputes. Contact-form submissions are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Retention and deletion arrangements for account data should be finalised before launch.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain uses. You can contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when this draft was last revised.
